In one of Islamic regime’s own news papers (Sharq), Akhoond Ali Akbar Mohtashamipour, stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been training Hezbullah terrorists in Iran.

He said, "whilst I was in Syria and Lebanon, 30 training sessions were held in Iran and 300 terrorists were trained in each session." When asked about the IR's support for Hezbullah's operations, he said, "We have, from "Katyusha" to "Zelzal 2" rockets with a range of up to 250 kilometres, which can target any part of Israel."

When the reporter asked him why he is so transparent about this, he said, "We have nothing to hide. Hezbullah was the brainchild of Imam Khomeini and the Islamic revolution. When you ride a camel, you might as well ride it sitting straight and upright".
