My Darling Delara I shall miss you.
The Islamic regime murdered Delara Darabi on the first of May because they knew the day they murder Delara will be a national day - a day that will be mourned by the nation. The bloodthirsty regime chose first of May as it is an established workers day and nothing else would replace that day: the people will always remember first of May as the workers day. The first of May for me is Delara Darabi's day. It is the day when the Islamist terrorists in the name of Allah and Islam murdered another innocent child. The regime - the real criminals in Iran - murdered Delara Darabi for many reasons other than for the reason they accused and convicted her of - which was a crime never proved beyond any reasonable doubt. One of the reasons for her state murder, which incidentally was carried out in breach of the laws and legal procedures of the enchained land, was that she drew and painted. She drew and painted portraits of a bloodied nation, a nation in chain, a nation imprisoned. Her paintings and drawings first and foremost portrayed the images of Iran under the rule of Allah. She better than any of us fighting the backward and medieval regime, told the true story of life under the rule of Allah through her paintings. Her paintings are the truth and nothing but the truth. Those painting must be declared as the holy objects belonging to the nation. Delara's painting must be declared holier than the holy books. Her works should never be hung on any private walls as they belong to the nation. On the first of May 2009 Delara Darabi became a legend. On the first of May every year from now on I shall light a candle and remember you Delara Darabi.
